This Award was presented at Asia’s most prestigious award show 7th Annual Indian Restaurant Awards 2017. The Indian Restaurant Congress has made a mark in the industry and is a key platform for more than 500 stake holders & thought leaders from top Restaurants & Brands. The award recognizes outstanding performers from the business of food and restaurant in the country.

About The Pasta Bowl Company: Conceptualised by Chef Om’s Hospitality, The Pasta Bowl Company came into existence in April 2013 to soon become the top 5 restaurants of Gurgaon. The award winning restaurant is the first step of Ms. Aditi Bicholia and Chef Om Nayak, to build an authentic food enterprise.

Committed to deliver authentic Italian experience to the diners, the husband-wife duo has not designed the restaurant on the format of an Italian eatery but kept it true to the Italian-Sicilian cuisine through their innovative menu.

Each dish has been curated carefully to keep the Sicilian flavours intact and suit the palate of the Indian and Foreign customers alike. The team develops seasonal menus to keep the offerings fresh and thus cooks up 2-3 completely new menus every year to maintain the uniqueness and provide the diners with a different experience every time they visit the place. The menus are designed keeping the Sicilian cuisine as the focus; the rest is a play of flavours from other regional Italian cuisines. No other Italian restaurant in India has these menus.
